My doctor Michelle Bennett is the best she's patient she listens. The receptionist both of them are excellent always kind. I may have to travel a little farther but I'd rather come here than go anywhere else

July 2024 - Most unprofessional “doctors office” I have ever dealt with. I had to wait two months, no exaggeration, to see a nurse practitioner, not even a real doctor, and I was already an established patient from the past. The appointment was for an extremely uncomfortable medical issue that I needed to be seen for, so waiting two months was excruciating, and then they called me the day before and said that the nurse practitioner had to be out of the office in the afternoon so they would be canceling my appointment. The Belvidere office is a great place. Everyone is super caring and very friendly. Melissa (my APN) is great. She listens and asks all the right questions. She works hard to to get you fixed up as well as you can be. From the receptionist to the nurses I can't say enough good about all my experiences with them. They all make a great team!
