I would give this place a zero star if available. The worst customer service is no service at all. My doctor sent an order for a apap machine. Called 3 times in two weeks to see if order was received. Left a message each time to call me back. Never received a callback only to find out 2 weeks later they said they never received the order. But have proof from my doctors office that it was sent out. Had order sent to SSM called the next day to confirm my order.
