The counselor I saw listened and I could tell she truly cared
Staff was great
I had an incredibly rude experience with the check in ladies. I don't recall who it was as she had called me about missing my appointment time for TB testing. I was not feeling well and forgot to call and she was rude and disrespectful about it. I couldn't speak very loudly as my throat was scratchy and I had no voice and she responded with a "what" in a rude tone of voice, like she didn't want to be talking with me.
