Staff was great
I had an incredibly rude experience with the check in ladies. I don't recall who it was as she had called me about missing my appointment time for TB testing. I was not feeling well and forgot to call and she was rude and disrespectful about it. I couldn't speak very loudly as my throat was scratchy and I had no voice and she responded with a "what" in a rude tone of voice, like she didn't want to be talking with me. They messed up my first pre employment screen. Gave me a a 10 dollar gift card for the literal weeks worth of work missed. Had to redrop, not a problem. They delayed sending results by half the described time. Screwing me out of a seconds weeks worth of work. There testing facility is sub par and inefficient for there quotes.
Dr. Bingham is what you’d expect from an older white man. Dismissive, doesn’t explain things, “back in my day, blah blah”
I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. I have been here for three completely different type of work injuries and was assisted very well. The longest I have ever waited was maybe 15 minutes.
