Dr. Bingham is what you’d expect from an older white man. Dismissive, doesn’t explain things, “back in my day, blah blah”
I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. I have been here for three completely different type of work injuries and was assisted very well. The longest I have ever waited was maybe 15 minutes.
Had an appointment here today I did not enjoy my experience, I checked in on time and after checking in I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. When I got up to leave and ask if I could reschedule just for them to tell me I wasnt checked in properly, I appreciate that they still saw me but that was kinda unacceptable
They never answer their phones or return phone calls.
