I have gone to this clinic for many years. Meghan Cooley was such a wonderful doctor! She succeeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr. Cooley! She left and now I have Alexis Vincent. I was skeptical when I went to seen her. I have now gone to her a few times and she’s been great! She even checked on something and called me herself. The Urgent Care Clinic has been great, too! All positive reviews for the doctors I have had!
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Long story short, they charged me for an office visit during a free annual physical exam. My insurance benefits provides free annual physical exam and rewards $100 for doing it. I am a healthy guy and it seemed like an easy $100, so I gave went to do the exam. Doctor S Moon was assigned to do my physical. During the exam, she asked if there was anything wrong, and I mentioned that I had this chronic pain in my right thumb from an injury years ago. I was told I was going to have a new Dr, because mine was leaving this location, I was told it would be Stephanie Moon, she's not a doctor she is a nurse practitioner and not a very good one the week of my first appointment they called and said she couldn't take me as a patient. That was fine but she left me without having any of my prescriptions filled. I had an appointment for 2 months, I think they could have given me more then a week to find a doctor and get my prescriptions filled. And the people of front are terrible y... read more
Lord have Mercy!!!! Don’t go here. Mercy Medical-North Liberty and Stephanie Moon cost me dime, time, and it nearly cost my life. After being a patient for 5 years, my PCP left the group. He was great and I never had any concerns. Recently, I tried to make an appointment and was told that I needed to “apply and be accepted” by the ONLY Mercy North Liberty PCP taking new patients, Stephanie Moon. They said to wait and it would only be 48 hours. Not true. I got sick while waiting for her decision which took 12 calendar days an... read more
