Staff here, from front desk to nurses and docs, have been great for primary care over the past several years I have been a patient. I've never had to wait an excessive amount of time, docs do not hurry you through the appointment, and the office is clean and bright. I'm particularly impressed with the nursing staff here, who always seem to be genuinely engaged and caring.

After my regular dr quit I was assigned to Dr moon. She is rude and condescending. She botched my FMLA paperwork and had to take an AWOL (absence without leave). She barley does anything and doesn't want to be bothered doing doctor stuff.

Don't bother. I called asking if they were accepting new patients and they told me to go in to fill out paperwork. I went in to fill out paperwork and I waited 2 weeks for them to reach out. When I hadn't heard back for a while, I called them asking for an update. They said Alexis received my records and they should be reaching out Monday. Come Monday, they call just to tell me she is not accepting new patients. It took them 2 weeks after filling out paperwork to get told Moon & Vincent weren't taking new patients after being told they were. Mercy called me to try to get me to get a primary care appointed and I finally did. What a waste of my time, could have already found one through the University of Iowa at this point. After reading other reviews, I'm glad I won't be seen here.
