They never answer the phone and when you leave a voicemail they never get back to you.
I have been taking my children (and myself) to Mercy Wellness Clinic since 2019. Dr Terry and his providers have seen us through different illnesses, broken bones, behavioral health diagnosis, as well as preventative care. The personalized attention to my kids care is what keeps me coming back. I was going to start a new patient relationship with this office and when I called I was put on hold for an extended period of time. Red flag 🚩 I want to be able to communicate with an office if I have a need and it’s obviously they are either short staffed or their current team isn’t diligent in taking calls.
We are experiencing a problem with site, we are not able to send messages to our provider it doesn't give me an option to select my Dr. I've called the front desk, and no one seems to know that the site is not working. Been trying to reach my doctor for two weeks
Just want to say how pleased I am with Dr Terry's office....always great experience...professional, nice, caring, attentive...listens to me so I feel like I have valuable input...special thanks to Jennifer Lopez ;)
