Been going to this Mercy location for dozens of years...the staff is always friendly, helpful, professional and provides excellent, timely services. Dr Mulvahill is the best doctor I've experienced in my 72 years on this planet. Used for Rapid testing for Covid, Strep, and flu. Fast with fast results. Rapid is not the most accurate way to test though.
You cannot speak to anyone when you call, every time I called I encountered a machine. When I did leave a message it took hours to get a call back. When I FINALLY spoke to the representative she was very unprofessional and outright rude. I was looking for a new PC physician, I will gladly look elsewhere if this woman is a representation of what this practice is all about. So disappointing.
