I was schedule for an appointment at Radiology. Instead of calling, texting or e-mailing me about canceling my appointment; Lisa Whitcomb put a message in "Mercy MyChart". Well not all employers let you open up outside web sights. I sent a message to the department with no response. I am very disappointed in the way they treat their client.
