I contacted Dr. Kersten on a Monday, and by Tuesday, was able to evaluate my cat. He went beyond my expectations of treatment and resolution to Princess's condition. He was VERY reasonable for an office visit. I was IMPRESSED! Thanks Dr. Kersten!

I can't begin to tell you what a God send Mercy has been to me and my two dogs. Brian cares so much, not only during treatment, but the aftercare, just proves what kind of heart he has. I can't thank you enough.
Just absolutely perfect. Everything you want a vet to be. The exact mixture of compassionate and practical. We were traveling, and my dog had a torn dew claw and he helped us so much. I wish he was a vet in my hometown. You Wisconsinites are lucky to have him!
