My son and I went in this morning for our first time. It was great! We were in and out, test results came back quickly, check-in was easy. There actually ended up being an issue with the insurance but Paula from the front desk called me that evening to get it straightened out and called me back to let me that she figured it out! I’ve never really cared for urgent cares and really prefer our small town ER (I work in Evansville). But now I know I have a reliable urgent care that I can use, should the need arise.
I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the care and billing practices at this Mercy Clinic. I took my brother-in-law to this clinic afew weeks ago as he was having chest pains and could not manage to drive himself. Upon arrival he mentioned that he would like to be a self-pay patient.
