I was extremely pleased with my visit. I was a walk-in, and the young lady at the desk was friendly and very efficient in collecting and entering my information. The nurse was professional and listened as he gathered the necessary assessment data for the physician. The physician was personable and thorough. Her plan of treatment was clear and logical. I left there feeling I had received excellent care. I would definitely recommend this provider.
I visited Mercy Urgent Care Foothills yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I made an appointment and didn’t have to wait long at all. The facility is absolutely spotless, which immediately gave me confidence in the level of care provided. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure I received the care I needed. I was talen back within 10 mins., vitals and covid/flu/rsv test taken, and PA came in to see me within 10 mins, and very thorough with my examination. All the staff was extremely nice and attentive to me while caring for me.
Making an appointment online was easy and filling out all the forms ahead at home was so convenient! The all staff was super friendly and spent quite some time with me. Overall an excellent experience!
