Great experience. Made an appointment online. A couple hours later walked in to the Mercy Urgent Care in Burnsville, NC. Vicky happily greeted me. Soon I saw the nurse, Holly. Outstanding. Then shortly thereafter met Dr. Maggie. Very professional, understanding, and helpful. Wasn't sure what to expect. Haven't been to an immediate or urgent care in some time. TOP NOTCH! I needed Urgent Care on vacation and arrived there 20 minutes before closing. I was seen immediately by Gerri, the practitioner. She was very compassionate & took the time to hear my issues and discuss options. She sent a prescription to a pharmacy just down the road and it was waiting for me when I got there.
