Very nice experience at this Burnsville location. Was able to make appointment online and was seen at that time. I did not have to wait. I had a very disappointing experience at the Weaverville location. There I made appointment online for Tuesday evening at 7:30 they called at 7 saying they were very crowded and could we schedule next morning. So we did for 11:25 am Thursday. Friendly , helpful , and they know there work so well . I had to use a few times now , and very glad that i did . e.
Sunday morning.The staff was amazing and very helpful. We were on vacation so we were not as prepared as if we were home. The Dr had amazing bedside manner with our son. Won't hesitate to come back if we needed. Thank you again to the staff
I went online, made the appointment, and I only had to wait a couple minutes when I got there. The staff were very friendly and informative, but I still hope I don’t have to see them very often (obviously).
