I have been a patient here for over a year now. Primarily working with Jennifer Thibault for medications, and med mgmt, etc. A true professional. This Genar guy or who ever he is, you need to go work in another field bud. Your personnel skills are absolutely terrible. This is the second time I have called in my meds two days early like you asked, and never have had a response from you to this day. Unacceptable.

We had a great experience. They were polite, informative, and treated us with respect throughout the process. My family member never felt ashamed or judged because they didn’t have insurance or because of their income level. They made them feel comfortable, answered our questions clearly, and genuinely cared about helping us. Highly recommend.

Being without insurance in this country is the scariest thing especially as ypu get older. Mercy and Truth is a God send because they work with people like me that are working Part Time whilst looking to work FT with no insurance. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. If you are in this situation Mercy and Truth is where ypu need to get ypur health needs met.
