Went to Mercy this morning, waited in the empty waiting room for 30 minutes yelling for help due to a severe panic attack, for nobody to come help or answer or let me know anything, I ripped my bracelet off and left. Thanks mercy suburban for being the hospital I know to never come back to or count on. If I could give you a 0 star and leave this review I would. You guys need some serious help!
Horrible ER registration staff..Very rude and uncompassionate. Don't recommend it ever..
It has taken me some years to be able to write this. I hope that things have changed. I was getting ready for some procedure and I regurgitated into a container - I couldn't find anything else (luckily, it was just bile - sorry for the detail). I handed the container to a nurse, shyly explaining what happened, and she took the container and grunted, "Hmph. Thanks." My father was in the hospital, and my mom and I were worried. Waited at another hospital for 2.5 hours in excruciating pain, left and came to suburban mercy. They were taking care of me within 5 minutes, and solved everything within 2 hours. Wish I had gone their first
Great hospital and easy to get to. Beside the every day regular wait times I feel this is an excellent hospital. I used to take my father to this hospital and they were great.
