Investigate this institution thoroughly
This has to be one of the worst experiences at a medical facility ive ever had. The physician came in and acted like I wasnt supposed to be there. Never smiled, no empathy, no friendliness. She acted like I just showed up to the clinic. She told me my back operation had been done wrong, showed me the xray and kept asking me why they did this or why didnt they do that. The staff was very helpful and very patient with me
Meinders is such a blessing to Mercy. To be able to be treated for my movement disorder and I do not even have to go outside of my Mercy network boundary. All of my Mercy physicians work as one, a family, to make sure I am being treated thoroughly and get the best treatment for my conditions.
I received both my COVID shots here. It was a bit hard to get parked (even the Heart Hospital parking lot next door was packed) but inside they were super organized last time and were hyper organized this time. Inside, a super experience. Everyone was very nice and easy-going. Zero complaints from me. To the staff & doctors there - Keep up your great attitude and spirit! Love y'all!
