5 stars plus for The nurses and Doctors were over the top great. Please make a change in cafeteria was terrible (not the staff they were good) the food was not good no choices and not open enough.I have never seen a hospital with such a bad cafeteria 1 star on it. Staff says it was good in the past need to go back to whatever it was.
Went to promedica and actually got help after going here 2 times for dental issues. pleaded with st Charles to help me find a dentist. they referenced me to a place that doesn't exist. Tried to explain that to st Charles when i called them to get help and they hung up on me. I was born here and have been going here my whole life. I had tooth abscess that was at risk of going septic. every dentist I called on the Medicare network is backed up with appointments for 3 months!!! My grandmother has been on the 2nd floor for a few days and the nurses have been great with her!
