Staff has always been helpful and kind. I get reminder calls when refills are due.
Mercy Specialty Pharmacy use to be the best pharmacy it is now the worst I’ve ever had! They have changed out all of their people and none of the previous staff are there. They cannot keep my meds straight and the medications laps and I run out every time. I no longer trust them and know they do not know what they’re doing. I wish I hadn’t ever changed pharmacies!!!
Mercy Specialty Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever had! I’ve tried many but most end up putting my order on back order knowing I take certain meds every month, not Mercy specialty! They don’t mess up my order and send a few pills less or send the wrong order all together. They charge me less than any pharmacy I’ve been to. I trust them and know they know what they’re doing. I will not go anywhere else!
