Coming from a healthcare worker, go here if you want a terrible healthcare experience and want a severly low quality level of care.
This clinic is an absolute nightmare. The receptionist is beyond rude, speaks to patients with a nasty attitude, and clearly has no interest in helping anyone. The doctors and nurses refuse to talk to patients who have real concerns and urgent needs—they simply don’t care. What kind of clinic refuses to send prescriptions to a pharmacy and expects people to physically pick up handwritten ones? Went to establish care. Gave me the PHQ which I answered honestly to, and my provider laughed at how I answered yes to some mental health questions. Instead of addressing that as an issue, it was a joke during the appointment that I felt that way. Had a procedure done here. They told me to get undressed, but didn’t give me a sheet. They came in to me with my jacket on my lap.
