Sleep study very effective! The scheduler said to arrive with clean dry hair. After arrival, they have to put a gel like substance in your hair to maintain the wire leads that go on your head, neck, face and legs. I was having an EEG and an EKG so hence the wiring. I was concerned about this but the lady technician was wonderful and walked through next steps. The ceiling fan effectively cooled the room. The bed was comfortable as were the four pillows.
