Won't return calls. Called and left several messages requesting a return call. No response.
I have been trying to get in touch with anyone at this clinic for months. I have called, left messages several times, contacted my PCP for assistance, and today even showed up at the clinic, all to no avail. I even heard people behind the door at the at-home sleep study room and they ignored my ring and knocks. I find this unprofessional.
I had a great experience here. The staff is very nice and caring. They explain everything to you. It’s nice and clean.
I went from snoring 18 times an hour to 3.
