Receptionist needs training. Never again In response to your comment she was told several times that I would pay out of pocket. And then after waiting for her to comprehend what I was saying she told me I needed to reschedule because it was past my appointment. Your going by what she told you because you were to just in the back eating your lunch. It is what it is another Dr will get my fees
She’s done anything and everything in her power to do right by me and my folks under her care . She truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing and takes pride in what she does . If you’re looking for a kind and caring person/ doctor that will put you and your loved one’s health above everything else, then she’s the right choice for you . Whether it’s just a general checkup to an emergency appointment she’ll take care of you in and out of her office .
