On Sunday, 29 Jun 2025, around early afternoon at Mercy Rehab, Mom was given Trazodone, a harsh drug, by a nurse who wasn't supposed to have given it to her per Amanda, the nurse on duty who is really good. The nurse administering this did not read the notes.
