My husband went to Mercy rehabilitation after quadruple bypass surgery. The facility is not equipped to take care of this serious of an operation, but was recommended to us by Mercy Hospital. The rehabilitation staff did not monitor him as they should have and after 10 days, he dehydrated from severe diarrhea and had to be rushed by ambulance back to the hospital emergency room where he died en route.
