Couldn’t ask for better treatment for Mom while she was in Mercy Rehab for two weeks!! They got her up and walking!! The entire staff from case manager, to doctor, to nursing staff, to PT/OT/ST, to lab techs, to cafeteria, to housekeeping and everyone else involved with Mom’s care were OUTSTANDING!!!
I found the Mercy Rehab a very good place. The room where I stayed was very clean and cheerful the people who cared for me were fine, kind and were at my call quickly and all were pleasant and fun people. I know I’m much better physically because I spent my time there.
My mother fell twice in two days and I was not contacted. When I found out they were sending her to Mercy hospital for a brain scan. I sat with her in the ER waiting room. We were there for eleven hours and she was not able to eat or leave. When the doctor finally saw her she was dehydrated and she had lost 10 pounds while being at the rehab. Great place to recover. Great people.
With out a doubt the nicest and caring staff. I have been there 2 times and always get treated with respect and kindness. The staff are always pushing you to do your best to help with your recovery, and believe me they pushed me every day. I will say my experience both times was 10/10.(also the food was very good)
