Exceptional Care with newest PCP
Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. The day after seeing my provider, Ian Corbett, I called the office back because I wasn’t any better. I called five times in two days with no response on the fifth call. I finally got someone at the desk named Daniel and his advice to me was the doctors aren’t here they’ve gone home. You need to go somewhere else to get help. I called their answering service who put me in touch with an RN who was very nice but again unhelpful told me to go somewhere else for help. I love my doc over at Northern Light 🥳 and the other substitutes I’ve had are also great. I’m a medically complex patient and the staff are great listeners and very helpful.
