They are quite possibly the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. A year ago when my dr left the practice I was never informed. Now months later I’ve had so many issues with them it’s ridiculous. They have no shame in taking days or weeks to get back to you and when they finally do they still get things wrong! Go to another gynecologist, I know I will be.
Si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo hariame hicieron perder mi tiempo gasolina y lo peor de todo que son unas racistas las recepcionistas fui a mi cita no encontraba el lugar llame por alguien que me pudiera dar informacion en Español y lo que hicieron fue colgar mi llamada y no me dieron informacion lamentablemente muy mal servicio cuando llegue a mi cita despues de haberles pedido informacion empezaron a secretearse entre ellas y me dejaron ignorada lamentablemente no tienen empatia no los recomendaria para nada 🤨🤨
What is the point of asking for insurance information in advance if you aren't going to verify it?! I drove an hour to this appointment that I waited MONTHS for just to be told that you don't take my insurance's specific plan. I have severe PTSD when it comes to this type of physician and was already having anxiety about this appointment so thanks for the waste of gas, time and needless anxiety.
