They don't answer the phone and don't return to voicemails
Call back in a timely manner to the number expicitly given in the multiple messages over a weeks period of time, not the number that pops up on your screen. Get people in great pain an appointment sooner than a month out. Terrible customer service. I found another provider that can get me in within a few days. Good luck to anyone trying to use this provier.
The people here are very nice and compassionate. They are very good at there job. :)
