The tall skinny lady is rude and unrespectful. Really had a bad experience in the neighborhood! AVOID THIS SHOP!!! [updated 11/8] Can the shop owner just fire the skinny tall lady? Today I visited the shop again as I have to pick up my med. She treated me really bad again. I also saw her treating other customers without respect. Please consider to switch her job to not involving customer facing things.
I love all the workers there. They have always answered the phone, called back and even gave help when I was stuck. So kind.
I've been going here for years and this was the worst customer service I've ever received. It isnt about there being a problem or mistake, it is how your staff handles them that matters. They handled it like we (the customers) dont matter to them. If they value you as a customer at all or your business they should at least pretend to care or acknowledge you. I have been a valued customer for about four or five years now and have had no issues whatsoever. The new pharmacist Stacy has given me nothing but issues and trouble and discontinued. My medication without even asking me. This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with I do not recommend it to anybody.
