RUDE pharmacy techs . Your over the phone professionalism sucks
I have to say, as an employee of mercy, it is appalling how rude some of the people down here can be. Mercy strives to hire people who want to care for others and people who portray the company well. The people I have interacted with the last 2 days has really put a bad taste in my mouth for the pharmacy employees. I truly hope they find peace within themselves.
Pharmacy is fast & helpful
I used to have my compounded prescription at the Mercy pharmacy on Clarkson, and I never had a problem. At this location, on three different occasions they took longer than eight days to fill my compounded prescription.
