I attempted to have a prescription filled at this pharmacy. When I called to check the status of the medication- I was informed it would need a prior authorization. I contacted my physicians office who stated they didn’t receive any notification from the pharmacy. When I called back almost a week later to again check the status of the authorization, I was then told it was rejected from the start. They are fantastic - I've been using them for 9 years. Even with the switch to Mercy they have been great for me and everyone is nice. I've tried the other big ones around and they don't compare.
Staff have been very helpful and have been willing to go the extra mile to assist when needed to straighten out prescription problems. I am very appreciative!
