Switched to this Mercy Pharmacy after multiple, ongoing issues with Walgreens and CVS. The difference is night and day. Imagine being able to speak to a human being who picks up the phone after just a few rings. Then imagine that the human with whom you speak is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. It’s a total game changer. They are quick to fill scripts, respectful, and communicate well. It’s such a relief.
I've been using this pharmacy for 15 years. Caleb is really fantastic and kind to me. However, Brendan was very rude to me. I just had spine surgery and was misinformed about the partial refill left on my prescription. When I explained what I was told, Brendan told me that it didn't happen. I asked to talk to Caleb and Brendan said he was Caleb's boss. Now it's the weekend and I can't get postoperative medication, as I was misinformed by the pharmacy.
The people are so friendly and eager to help answer questions. The icing on the cake is they always have my medicine, unlike some pharmacies..
So glad I switched over from CVS. Everyone is so nice and I haven’t had one issue.
