My mother was coming to this clinic for pain relief for her knee’s but relief did not happen for her neither did she get any decent customer service she complained of feeling worse after her shots that they gave her in the front of her knee’s that sounds horrible and 3rd world country like I finally got her to go somewhere else and it was night and day they used a ultrasound to find the correct spot for her injections and she is a very happy camper and is walking with out her walker with no pain. Im honestly really disappointed with this place. I've been going here for a little over a year and the communication and scheduling is awful. I was supposed to have a specific surgery done a year ago and scheduling sat on it until the referral wasn't good anymore but didn't call me and tell me so I waited MONTHS with no idea what was going on just for them to say I needed to call my primary and get a new one. At the beginning of this year my insurance changed so I got a new referral and they said they sent it in to insurance... read more
