Good morning friends. Yesterday morning I had a complete left knee replacement. I have to tell you about my experience. This was done at Mercy Specialty Surgery Center in Galena KS. From the receptionist at the front desk (6:30 am) and to the time I got in the car at 4pm I had a wonderful experience. Everyone of the 15 about people I saw was caring, kind, and a pleasure to have working on me. Dr. Andrew Nelson and PA Seth Sewell were awesome. Leaving a review from my sisters account but my son had surgery here this morning and if I may say, AMAZING!!!!!!!!! This place the staff everything and everyone was simply amazing the nurses and surgical staff made my baby feel so safe and loved! I have never been more comfortable w strangers! 10/10 recommend I will forever speak very highly of this place and their people!
I could not express how grateful I am to the team here! My son had tubes put in his ears a year ago in Joplin and it was such a terrible experience with that being said my son and I both had some major nerves going into his caps surgery today but when I tell you Dr Wilson, the front desk, and the nurses that helped my son before and after his procedure went above and beyond to make him comfortable and keep his experience good.. they give them time to adjust before and after surgery and actually care about your kiddos health ... read more
