Such a wonderful experience. When my surgeons told me I'd have my surgery here, I was a bit taken back because I thought it would be at the main hospital off Ballas. The facility is nice, well kept and the rooms are spacious. I like how everything is here even the pharmacy. They have a nice little cafe and gift shop. Shame on you Mercy. Charging $1300 out of pocket for a procedure covered 100% by insurance. And then only refunding the money to those people who call and request it. Unethical business practice for sure. How much money are you pocketing from people?!?!
