5 years ago I gave this practice 1 star due to the front desk NEVER answering or returning calls. I have since changed my opinion after having a recent referral and recent experience. My initial appointment didn't go well but I am past that. The office manager stepped in and handled the situation perfectly and for THAT I will not fault them. If I could I would give this place 0 star. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place. After months of trying to contact them without success, we finally managed to schedule an appointment, only to be met with appalling treatment. Despite arriving slightly late due to traffic, they refused to see us and lied about attempting to contact us earlier. The reception staff were rude and unapologetic. Save yourself the trouble and seek medical care elsewhere!!!!!!!

Very professional service. I had a hamstring issue after a yoga class. Never seemed to recover. My physical therapist Frank showed me exactly what excercises to do and I already feel better! On important thing: Call ahead of time, at time it can be challenging to get a hold of then.
Impossible to reach them, even with a referral. I am not able to book an appointment.
