The therapists are great The check in staff have zero customer service skills to deal with clients and any personal situations regarding being late. Worst is you can not call them to let them know you are running behind. These people never answer the phone and requires you to leave a message rhat they may if the feel like returning. Avoid this office id you want compassion and service from the service staff.
The receptionist Nancy is awful. Can't say one word to this woman without getting back an uncalled for response. My wife called to confirm an issue we were having with our insurance, Nancy says,"Well, I don't have it in front of me. I'll need to find your profile cause you're new here. And it will take a while so you'll need to wait." All incredibly unnecessary and unprofessional. Obviously, we understood this and didn't appreciate how she spoke to us. 5 years ago I gave this practice 1 star due to the front desk NEVER answering or returning calls. I have since changed my opinion after having a recent referral and recent experience. My initial appointment didn't go well but I am past that. The office manager stepped in and handled the situation perfectly and for THAT I will not fault them. If I could I would give this place 0 star. I strongly advise against wasting your time at this place. After months of trying to contact them without success, we finally managed to schedule an appointment, only to be met with appalling treatment. Despite arriving slightly late due to traffic, they refused to see us and lied about attempting to contact us earlier. The reception staff were rude and unapologetic. Save yourself the trouble and seek medical care elsewhere!!!!!!!
