I have a knee injury and wanted to have it diagnosed asap and start recovery, so I made an appointment with this walk-in clinic. After scheduling an appointment, a receptionist called me and wanted more information. I told her I had knee pain and swelling for a few days after hiking all weekend. She said since I could not tell her the exact event that caused the injury, they would not see me. My reaction was "that's silly" and she hung up on me. I had an excellent experience at Mercy Orthopedic Walk-in. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional. And efficient. What really stood out to me is how well they listened. I never felt rushed and my concerns were taken seriously, and I truly felt heard and cared for throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend!
I prefer to have my appointments in Galena, not Joplin.
