Fantastic care. Everyone from the check-in staff to the doctor was friendly and kind and listened well. My daughter was seen quickly and the doctor was thorough. This experience definitely makes me want to choose Mercy for future care for my family.
This was my first visit to Mercy. My appointment was pleasant from beginning to end. I arrived late due to traffic and road construction and they completely understood and were very helpful getting my information filed and ready for the visit. The Nurse Practitioner and the Nurse that saw me during the exam were very polite. The NP, Dian Zhang, even took the time to review my MRI pictures and explain what was going on in great detail on order to better explainy treatment options.
