My children are athletes and I feel like we have a VIP section at this point LOL! Of the MANY visits we have had whether for myself or one of my kids we have had EXCEPTIONAL care. There was only one incident that I felt could have been handled better, but it was a crazy situation and after a bit of active listening, it was resolved and truly these are amazing staff, nurses,doctors and surgeons! We appreciate ALL of you!!!
I did a save my spot and was called to be told they could treat my shoulders not my lower back.. and asked to cancel my appointment then went to the turner center and they didn't read my chart or look at the medication I was on offer me ibuprofen and sent out a steroid. Sorry but with muscle issues think they would treat me as a human nope I'm tired of people not helping me address my issue and the urgent care refered me back to them.
