Don't make an appointment for 9 am when I don't get seen by the doc till 9:30. Waste of everyone's time and stress on me as I'm missed at work as a crucial employee.
If I could give less than a star, I would. Receptionist was outright rude and denied my referral without trying to understand what I was explaining. If you don’t understand how military referrals work refer me to someone who will.
I have to agree, I wish I could leave less than 1 star. The receptionist is always very friendly. But, never saw the same person twice. The NP or PA's that I saw were good, but that Doctor is a complete joke!!! He never looks at your injury of feels it, etc. Part of my problem with my broken kneecap and Physical Therapy was with inflammation. How can he possibly know without feeling the knee or doing a scan. It was suggested that an injection may be needed. I was told they don't do injections there. Seriously? What do they d... read more
