Visited office on 17 October 2025 to have blood drawn. Quest has taken this service over from Mercy. Office opens at 7 AM and is first come first served. I went to the blood draw area at 7 AM and entered my patient information in the kiosk. The technician arrived at about 7:10 AM with 4 of us waiting. She acknowledged us at about 7:25 AM and said my patient information was deleted because it was entered before she arrived. She seemed visibly upset. Medical situations make me really nervous, esp. when I go somewhere new for the lab work. But this location is so close to my house that it is hard to pass it up. The ladies who work the desk are very sweet, but also honed in on the next patient who walks in. So everyone gets taken care of ASAP. And the same with the lady who did my mammogram. Very friendly, yet focused on taking care of my procedure. Thank you to the staff for such a nice atmosphere!
I love this location the staff is polite and heipful they are punctual I've never had to wait to be seen Thank you for your services
