I just had my first mammogram due to now being 40. I got to my appointment 20 minutes early because I was worried I would get lost trying to find the room and didn't want to be late. I was prepared to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Instead, they took me back right away. Both the receptionist and technician were friendly. I definitely recommend this location to others.
Everything was excellent. From the receptionist, to the mammogram technician, to the radiologist who came to speak with me!! Very compassionate, caring, patient,and even a sense of humor. Thank you so much for all your expertise!!
Staff couldn't be better. The atmosphere has changed drastically though. The lighting and check in kiosk make the waiting room cold and even scary. It used to be so warm and safe and inviting.
I can not say enough about the entire staff. They all went out of their way to be kind, thoughtful and professional.
