Everything was excellent. From the receptionist, to the mammogram technician, to the radiologist who came to speak with me!! Very compassionate, caring, patient,and even a sense of humor. Thank you so much for all your expertise!!
Staff couldn't be better. The atmosphere has changed drastically though. The lighting and check in kiosk make the waiting room cold and even scary. It used to be so warm and safe and inviting.
I can not say enough about the entire staff. They all went out of their way to be kind, thoughtful and professional.
I go every year for my mammogram. Each year I go I am greeted as soon as I enter the door and with a friendly hello! There has never been a time that I have never felt that their happiness has not been genuine. They are quick and professional. This is defiantly an appointment that makes you nervous and uncomfortable but there true kindness from the moment you walk in makes it so much better! Thank you all for being so amazing!
