I was recently forced to transfer all my meds to Mercy pharmacy. I called yesterday to verify they had received all my prescriptions as I am completely out of meds due to insurance issues. They said “yes, we’ll have them ready” without verifying what medications I needed. I walked into the pharmacy today and they had ONE (1) of 6 ready. They didn’t even have all of my medications transferred! If they would’ve done their job yesterday I would have medications and wouldn’t be going without.
I have been going to this pharmacy for a long time and appreciate their knowledge, kindness, and compassion. Going to any other pharmacy (in an emergency) leaves me grateful for the service I continue to receive from Mercy One.
Awesome, helpful, personable staff! Very clean! Convenient location!
