Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership, and still ongoing! Went looking for a vehicle because our daughter will soon be able to drive. Found the one we wanted and messaged them about it. At first they seemed very professional and helpful, and were very easy to get ahold of if we had a question. Since we were out of state (5+ hours away) they worked with us to set us a time we could drive up to meet on a Saturday to do the test drive and paperwork on the vehicle. Bought a 2011 infiniti 2 months ago had nothing but problems they cleared codes and it had 18 codes in total. Transmission slipping
I can NOT complain about one thing with my experience buying a car from Mercy. I arrived at the lot close to closing time. Test drove a vehicle, got financing and was out of there in under an hour. I really love my truck and the conversation and helpfulness of the owner was top notch as well. I am blessed to have come across them to purchase my Murano.
