Bought a 2011 infiniti a year ago have drove it one month out of whole year car was 9k ended up being 18k my whole engine seized and supposedly there warranty wouldn't cover it they said the car engine was bad at the time of sell when to there car lot 4 times each time get the run around I had to give the car back because can't pay 12000 for engine replacement since its not cover so have no transportation for me and my family lost my job and about to be my house moral of story don't buy a car from here unless u want 18 clear... read more
The owner of car lot a really nice honest young man and they sell nice reliable vehicles at a great price. And I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle there if they have something your interested in.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership, and still ongoing! Went looking for a vehicle because our daughter will soon be able to drive. Found the one we wanted and messaged them about it. At first they seemed very professional and helpful, and were very easy to get ahold of if we had a question. Since we were out of state (5+ hours away) they worked with us to set us a time we could drive up to meet on a Saturday to do the test drive and paperwork on the vehicle.
