THEY CALLED ME, I pushed the number to schedule my apppitment wait 20 minutes. Gave up pressed the number to leave a message, it told me to call the number that had put me on hold in the first place!!! So I called itto see if I had missed a prompt or something it pute back on hold and me being stubborn I was determined to wait it out was on hold for over an hour and a half and finally hung up.
