Despite the main Werribee mercy hospital being a shit hole i actually don’t mind the inpatient ward here and I’ve never been physically assaulted here (unlike with Footscray/orygens ward and sunshine’s ward) the only reason it’s not a 5 star is that their ‘sensory room’ on the second floor isn’t really a sensory room at all it just has a couple of chairs and windows to look outside but there’s no fidgets or dim lighting or anything that really makes it a sensory room and they also aren’t really that knowledgeable about autis... read more
Don’t check the hallway twice. It learns your routine.
They will pump you with unneeded medications n injections.........it's not fair
Don't bother the triage line doesn't call back. I'm glad we got my friend thru the crisis WITH ZERO help even when police gave us the number for this service. Absolutely disgusting
