Don't bother the triage line doesn't call back. I'm glad we got my friend thru the crisis WITH ZERO help even when police gave us the number for this service. Absolutely disgusting

Seeing these google reviews really made me think twice about taking my mother here as she was very unwell. She has been admitted to several psychiatric wards over the past decade And this place is by far the best when she was in Epping they overdosed her on lithium resulting in her being put in icu in a vegetable state for about a week. Communication has been great with frequent phone calls telling me what is going on ect ect.
