Dr Langenberg has been crucial in helping to relieve my shin splints, and now I am returning to see him again as I recently sprained my ankle and I know he can help me determine the severity of the sprain as well as get me back to running/working out sooner than later.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Put surgery off because they said they were understaffed, when i finally came in for surgery they were understaffed again, Dr. did not go over surgery, or what to do after surgery and when I a came out of surgery instead of putting me in post op... read more

I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
