Refused to wear masks while transporting my 94 year old mother. Blatant disregard for the well-being of patient. This was in November 2022.
NO STARS. I was unconscious when the neighbors called these people after an auto accident I had. $5000 for a 10 minute ride! The paramedic insisted I had a step in my neck (which I did not) and tried to stick me with an intravenous needle several times. He was unable to find my veins but kept trying to no avail. It was very painful. They also would not tell my husband where I was going or what would happen to our car.
