Do not use this provider. I paid for bras almost a year ago and she has not delivered my bras. She lies and does not answer the phone. I went to the store 3x and no answer at the door. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I am also filing a grievance with my insurance provider. I can't get my money back because she is an llc and therefore my insurance can't reverse the money. We do not recommend this location. Store manager Jacqueline will take your initial order and money, but does not fulfill the order promised. She is non-responsive to telephone communication. The store is not open during normal posted business hours.
When you place an order for your compression stockings, they measure you and take all the information for the medical insurance claim. They tell you that they will arrive in 10 days. Everything is fine up to that point. After 10 days, they don't call you. You have to go and know that they have no idea where they are. When you make a claim, the only thing is that they gave me some to measure them and in the end, when I get home, they are both different brands.
