Dr. Shipley is The kindest, most helpful, caring, individual and doctor I’ve ever been to. I am not a patient of Dr. Shipley, I just saw him one time and I have the utmost respect for this man. He truly went out of his way to try to get me the help I needed and I’m most appreciative to him. If you were looking for a neurologist, I would highly encourage you to go see him! Appt 10:45. Waited until 11:45 and still no Dr Shipley. No one came to explain why so long a wait so I just left. No way to treat a patient.
