Appointment cancelled because the staff wouldn’t say my name correct. When I corrected them on MY NAME. They were dismissive and played victim to say I was being aggressive . My name still said wrong after correcting multiple times. I was recommended by someone to go to this office . I will never step foot in a mercy office
