Horrible customer service. I am extremely disappointed. They dropped me as a patient without any sort of warning. No call, no text, no email. I have been a patient with them my whole life and for them to be this unaccommodating is infuriating. I have been fortunate to not have to see the doctor in the past few years. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. The intake nurse Becky needs to retire because shes "tired" after her 30+ years. She treats people terribly. When you hear the commercials about the care Mercy gives its patients, it's actually the opposite. Its a strong "lack" of caring. What is happening to our society if you're not comfortable at your Doctors office ? I wanna cry.
