Please please consider the noise level in your ER waiting area. My father was a patient in your ER for a pre-planned test. There were 2 TVs turned up very loud as well as loud music playing and people yelling to talk over the noise. This noise level was excessive for a healthy person let alone an injured or sick patient. Very poor consideration of others. This occurred on Sunday, August 8, 2021 in the morning. Thank you.
