This review will be broken down into parts, starting with the emergency room. Let me begin by saying that Mercy ER was my number one choice for the last 25 years whenever something was wrong with me and my family. However, in the last couple of years, I have seen the care at this ER slowly becoming worse. I have had kidney issues for more than 20 years and have been coming here regularly. Very nice building, very clean and organized with easy to read signage. Everyone were friendly and helpful. They have lots of parking available with a nice drop off area at the front door. I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit and had no issues.
Quality care.
It's very appalling when you have to sit in Excruciating pain! Waiting in the ER for 10 hours before being seen by a Doctor!!! Just Outrageous!!!
