Very nice building, very clean and organized with easy to read signage. Everyone were friendly and helpful. They have lots of parking available with a nice drop off area at the front door. I felt very comfortable and safe during my visit and had no issues.
Quality care.
It's very appalling when you have to sit in Excruciating pain! Waiting in the ER for 10 hours before being seen by a Doctor!!! Just Outrageous!!!

Went by ambulance and was taken in right away. I always go to Mercy Medical Center. I know I will receive great care there.
