Waited 3 hours to be seen. Nobody was moving. Only a handful of patients. Ridiculous.
Thank you MercyOne medical team for saving my life after I was rushed there via ambulance on 6-22-2024 after a horrific accident that happened in Jackson County! If it wasn’t for the first responders, Dr McKeon, and the other medical staff, I wouldn’t be here!!! Y’all are my heroes!!!
The worst.
Here waiting with a friend who is severely dehydrated and in severe stomach pain. Also some concern there is a blockage. My husband and I are both in healthcare and understand the stressors and challenges staff and providers face. We have watched seven to eight people be triaged in front of our friend and the front desk stated to me that they have no power and that it's based on acuity. One nurse working. I would like to give my gratitude and great appreciation to the entire ER staff ( this includes all doctors, nurses, CNA, everyone). I have been struggling with a medical condition where I have had to make several visits in the past few months. The staff has been very attentive and professional. They have even gone above and beyond each time. Thank you!
