Here waiting with a friend who is severely dehydrated and in severe stomach pain. Also some concern there is a blockage. I have been struggling with a medical condition where I have had to make several visits in the past few months. The staff has been very attentive and professional. They have even gone above and beyond each time. Thank you!
I visited urgent care to get stitches on a cut below my eye. The nurse insisted that they glued it instead. She got glue on her fingers and accidentally glued my eye closed then had to cut my eyelashes to get my eye open again. She didn’t even clean it first. At that time she didn’t feel comfortable working on my eye so she called theENT in after hours and didn’t give me the option to deny. Took my wife their for heart problems we were treated so rudely by the nurses after she was admitted we left
I had a really bad allergic reaction on vacation in Dubuque and ended up at MercyOne. The doctors, nurses, CNA’s, and front desk staff all went above and beyond to take care of me and keep me as comfortable as possible. I felt I received top notch care and compassion and was very impressed with my experience. Thank you so much to Dr. Zettek & Dr. Gudenkauf and my nurses Cassie and Ellie.
